Usually in the morning I hit the ground "running". It's the cat who forces me to be this way. If his litter box is not sparkling clean, he will pee on the rubber mat outside the box, and if I don't feed him right away, he makes the most annoying MAOW MAOW MAOW noise to let me know he is starving. So...basically...avoidance on my part.
