I think the problem is that Impossible burgers taste exactly like McDonald's burger patties. And Impossible sausage patties taste like mediocre sausage.
Even though the flavors are there, there is absolutely NO health benefit...because they have all the fats and chemicals most people don't want, and let's face it...they taste like McDonald's.
