Will some cities and states see a mass exodus of police?

There are three trends:

1. Banning non-lethal
riot control methods like pepper spray, fire hoses, rubber bullets, & batons.

2. Eliminating “qualified immunity,” so police officers (not just the city or state) can be easily sued in civil court.

3. Defunding police departments so officers are paid less and layoffs are needed.

It's time to get the corruption OUT of the department.
@DearAmbellina2113 Agreed... corruption hurts any public sector, the police are no different but let’s not paint with a broad brush. Many good police out there.

@soar2newhighs if they're not reporting their corrupt coworkers, they're not good.
@DearAmbellina2113 Many in positions of authority often are quiet about “things” until those things threaten their position but more than that, their pensions- then they act. This is something that occurs in many work environments and as well in governments at all levels.
