What percent of the US do you think will get vaccinated for COVID-19?

About 55 percent have had at least one dose. But only 38 percent are fully vaccinated now.

About 65 percent

CestManan · 46-50, F
Maybe 50% will get fully vaccinated.

There is no shortage of the vaccine and I would imagine that those who really want both would have gotten both by now.

They kept lowering the age of qualification ahead of schedule so it is not like anyone over 16 is having to wait.

@questionWeaver mentions loss of interest. I think that is because every since this covid mess started, people have been sent on a wild goose chase and people are just tired of it.

Like nothing is ever enough. Even if everyone got both shots, the powers that be would just find some other way to lead the population around by the nose, of course in the name of covid-19.

I have no plans for any shots if I can avoid it. If it comes back that it has bad long term effects, who is responsible then for running out to get an experimental vaccine?
I'm fully vaccinated.

I think antivaxxers are just a loud but ultimately insignificant minority. In the U.S. just like here.
@Elessar I hope you are right. There is a user here who calls herself a "thinker", that she likes challenging ppl to think, etc., but she has a long anti-vaccine post and asks others to review her "source"--a nurse who has hearsay.

This is the kind of top-shelf thinking keeping people away from engaging in the vaccine conversation in a meaningful way. It's QAnon & the election "steal" all over again.

We're talking about getting universal preschool & community college but we can't put out ppl from K-12 who can ACTUALLY think.

I bet it's under 80 percent, that's too bad for everyone.
80. It just takes time.

Dunno. Hopefully the majority of us

Why doesn’t MSM post daily coronavirus deaths?
walabby · 61-69, M
@MrBrownstone Worldometers does...

@walabby Why doesn’t MSM post daily coronavirus deaths?
Confined · 56-60, M
@walabby Notice they cant track anything else?
In metropolitan areas, a higher %, than rural. Rural communities aren't seeing the same problems.
HannahSky · F
It'll be higher than people think. Still have to curb the variants.
gregloa · 61-69, M
The percentage that doesn’t get Covid.
Ynotisay · M
I'm not sure it's going to rise much higher than 65 percent. If there's a push to disallowing people who haven't been vaccinated from certain activities that might jack it up. But I'm not sure that's in the cards.
robbie2499 · 61-69, F
I simply do not understand why a person wouldn't go for the second shot. I don't get it
Ozuye502 · 36-40, M
@robbie2499 bad reactions to the first round fears of what the second one will do to to them.
robbie2499 · 61-69, F
@Ozuye502 Yeah, I guess....
pentacorn · F
about 70 odd percent of adults. and it needs to 100, considering it's not approved for under 16.
FreestyleArt · 31-35, M
For those that listen to fauci. Pretty much a few out of 10
walabby · 61-69, M
Hopefully around 80/85%...? ... at least.
70% and interest will decline
Lordlestermount · 51-55, M
75 percent fully
TheBannibalOne · 61-69, M
I hope 99%.

I’m really not sure. I got my first shot last Sunday and had no problems at all. I’ll be glad to get the second and be done. There are places where people don’t have to wear masks if they’ve been vaccinated.
That might be incentive to the hesitant.
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
I'm going to guess around 85 percent get one dose but only about 70 percent get both
MethDozer · M
Don't care anymore.

Don't care to be honest.
