How do you feel when someone tells you why an artist you like is problematic?

I get pissed, because why are you trying to actively ruin something I enjoy with knowledge I didn't ask for? I was blissfully ignorant and happy right up until you dropped your knowledge bomb on me. Now you put this garbage into my head and I get to picture whatever horrible things they did whenever the thing I like comes up, and now it's ruined. Thanks for sh!tt!ng in my cornflakes killjoy, now my day is ruined.
