I wouldn't want to be trapped in an elevator with that playing 🤯

Did you know elevator music is called Muzak?

@Gusman It was originally, because that was the first commercial company or its brand, to supply the wretched aural rubbish.
I have far more often heard it called "piped music", and it is a dreadful plague, infecting restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, motorway service-areas..... In the last locations, it seems even louder in the toilets!
I must admit though, I have never heard it in an elevator, or "lift" as we call it Over Here.
My employer installed a small gym for the staff to use out of hours. I considered using it until discovering its regular habituees were totally unable to exercise without the room filled with with loud "Boom-Boom-ery".
