You’re a Saint for still giving her a gift and getting together with her.

If you feel you must get her something then get her something easy like maybe a gift card or a plant or a pair of earrings. Maybe a bunch of beauty/spa products from the dollar store and put them in a basket

I always say that the best Mother’s Day present is when I don’t have to cook and when the kids do the housework. So maybe there’s an idea for you too. Make her a meal or Give her some coupons for jobs to be done around the house

How long ago was it? Are you expecting to get more financial assistance?
If it was a long time ago and you don't need financial assistance and she is mean to you then why get her a Mother's Day present?
