Opinions on Jeff Beck?

He's not one of my favorites but I do respect him and consider him one of the greatest guitarists. I can't get into some of his stuff such as Blow by Blow because I'm not into jazz rock that much, ironically I love Santana. What's your opinion on Jeff Beck?

One of my all time favorites and I’m mental for instrumentals. Could play any type of genre, which is the type of player I’m attracted to. Also there is an almost endless list of musicians and singers Jeff preformed with.
