Do you think an Apple Mac book is significantly better than a Microsoft Windows computer?

I've never used an Apple product since the Apple ][+, and I don't think that I ever will. At some point, the Steves decided that it would be a good business model not to allow people to do their own computer repair. They claimed it was because Apple products were so superior that they never broke down, but anybody who's used any computer, no matter the quality, knows that's BS.
