You sound like a real racist hater for even asking that question. One of my favorite all time country songs is Kiss an Angel Good Morning by the late great Charlie Pride. I loved that song long before I found out that Charlie was black. Not that it made any difference to me. I liked all his songs. I honestly can't find anything racist in that song about a man loving his wife.

Yes, there is, I've found some good country that is not in bed with right-wing BS. You will have a look a little harder to find it. Mainstream artists like Aldean are putting out manufactured political pop-country that doesn't have a genuine note in it. But country music from smaller artists that aren't being propped up by a reactionary movement can be quite good. Hailey Whitters, The Pistol Annies, and Midland are some artists I like.
