What song did you like to sing at school?

Well for me I always loved Alouette which is a French song written in 1879. ( I just googled the date😃).
I always thought it was a boy or girls name but it's actually about a Lark bird.

I had forgotten about it till I heard it the other day and remembered how we used to love singing it at primary school.

@ArtieKat Also my primary school music teacher was in the Sound of Music Play and used to sing the songs to us.
The one I loved was "The Lonely Goatherd" if I remember the name right.
It was such a nice song to remember when I was younger.❤

@ArtieKat Yes I just found it in YouTube with the children singing it with an actress called Julie Andrews.
I loved the film at Christmas time.
