Does anyone know what this song from the 90's is?

There's a song that I heard once on the radio about 30 years ago (so it was approximately 1994). The song had female vocals and the only lyrics I remember her singing were I think "put your hand on my thigh" and "damn cute". If I remember correctly it had kind of a hip hop beat. Does anyone know what this song is? I've been wanting to hear it again for about 30 years.
