Kate Bush gets into the R&R HoF tonight

Some international recognition for this amazing artist. FWIW, the most-famous song she sang on was probably as a backup singer on Peter Gabriel's "Games Without Frontiers." (Jeux sans frontières)

i actually like her music
"Running Up the Hill" was probably the most famous, with "Dont Give Up" as a duet with Peter Gabriel a close second (he wanted Dolly Parton to do tbe duet, but she said no). I liked her on Games Without Frontiers though, but you didnt really "hear" her as she didnt stand out.

And finally, it is about damn time she got in. She shouldve been in before a few others. Hopefully she'll show up to accept and sing.

A class act.

There are so many great acts that are NOT included in the HoF it has lost all credibility.

Good news...I especially like her with Peter Gabriel on...Don't Give up....brilliant video too

O dodn't know she was there.

Her biggest song regenerated over 30 years later. After all the record company rights had expired so she got every cent. For a while last spring she was making over $2 mill per week

@Slade Which video was that? I know he did the soundtrack for Last Temptation of Christ, which I didn't appreciate.

@graphite Games Without Frontiers above

@Slade I though the video was pretty harmless. The song came out in 1980 and Reagan wasn't president yet, as you noted. Now Genesis "Land of Confusion" was another story.
