Kate Bush gets into the R&R HoF tonight

Some international recognition for this amazing artist. FWIW, the most-famous song she sang on was probably as a backup singer on Peter Gabriel's "Games Without Frontiers." (Jeux sans frontières)

O dodn't know she was there.

Her biggest song regenerated over 30 years later. After all the record company rights had expired so she got every cent. For a while last spring she was making over $2 mill per week

@graphite while I still like the song I've definitely lost respect for Gabriel after that weapons grade sophmoric video.

He was the original SW leftist. Song came out long before Reagan was elected but here we have a foriegner, obsessed about a private citizen in America. And slathering on every cliched paranoid fantasy about him.

@Slade Which video was that? I know he did the soundtrack for Last Temptation of Christ, which I didn't appreciate.

@Slade I though the video was pretty harmless. The song came out in 1980 and Reagan wasn't president yet, as you noted. Now Genesis "Land of Confusion" was another story.
