Jingle Bells Declared Racist

The song originally wasn't even about Christmas, the lyrics changed over time because the original author meant it as a dedication to another singer who had a troupe that performed in blackface. It wasn't even a Christmas song. Originally, the person who wrote the song was a staunch supporter of the confederacy that fiercely opposed his father who was an minster and a major abolitionist against slavery.

And other racist songs that ended in "!!!!!!!" to further highlight how passionate he was about forcing black people to do work white people were too fat and lazy to do. The guy who wrote it was a piece of crap, abandoning his wife and his kids to go chase gold, by the time he made it back, he was as poor as when he first started. Believe it or not, he left plenty of females and almost certainly had daddy issues. He was such a loser.

At any rate, no one is forcing you "not" to listen to the song, I can turn on the radio and find it. You're going to be okay, breathe.. it will be fine.
