I was looking at some pictures recently and I came across and old black and white snapshot of Johnny Rotten, wearing a t-shirt with a swastika on it, and I thought to myself "Why is Johnny Rotten wearing Nazi symbolism? The Sex Pistols were never skinhead punks." Then I looked closer and realized that I actually own the exact same t-shirt lmao 😂

@Whys0serious It's creepy, when she was 18 she was trying to act like a fully grown adult, now she's like thirty something and pretending to be a teenager again, writing shit like "Hello Kitty" about having slumber parties and playing spin the bottle.

@WeighedDown True, but that's kinda half the point of punk is to be anti-mainstream. Which is why I hate that "pop punk" is a genre because the entire aim of true punk rock is to be the antithesis of pop.
