There may have been some demonstrations around the country, but the riots were in Los Angeles, primarily South Central Los Angeles. I was watching on TV, at home, 1,200 miles away, amazed at how the jury acquitted the officers.

Way back when I worked in a pizza place that was supposed to be kind of edgy so we could play whatever music we wanted. Dude there just wore out that Sublime CD. Good times.
I was at home, there was a riot in my city as well. All the white kids stayed home from school that week...
