@Gusman ❤Blondie💜

You've got a really good list started. You should add:

Jimi
David Bowie
The Stones
The Doors
Santana
Fleetwood Mac
Heart
Queen
Steely Dan
Pink Floyd
CCR
CSNY
The Greatful Dead
Bob Marley
The Eagles
Bruce
The Doobie Brothers
The Cars
Yes
Aerosmith
Led Zepplin
Rush

That's off the top of my head for bands you don't have listed. The 70's was by far the best time for rock bands. There are probably 75-100 that the average rock fan has heard of. I've certainly missed a few good ones- I'm sure.

You need to add Prog Rock .. Pink Floyd, Yes, ELP, Genesis
squidgy · 36-40, F
@MrAverage1965 I'll take your word for it. 👍 I don't think I am familiar with Emmerson Lake and Palmer. 🤔
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
Amazing I saw them live, you should check then on You Tube and some early Genesis too
squidgy · 36-40, F
@MrAverage1965 Peter Gabriel Genesis? I am not a fan of Phil Collins ... Always felt like he was a tad bit overrated?

I was a little kid in the 70s so it was whatever random thing was on the radio, I didn't know what anything was. A lot of disco. Also the jazz my dad used to listen to.
