Needs to be taken to Animal control and humane society and then rehab.

If I were one of the officers, I’d have a really hard time keeping a straight face too. It’s not every day an ice head gets exposed by a frickin’ raccoon. 😂 But at the end,
I would be concerned for the poor animal’s well-being. Hope it didn’t ingest any meth and is okay.
