You mean something like Undercover Boss? That exists.

@NerdyPotato kinda. But have bosses do every job that actually keeps businesses running. No help from the labourers.
@Guitarman123 that would be pretty meaningless though. Employees get training too. If you just dump the boss on the workfloor, he's going to mess up and blame it on not knowing what to do rather than bad company policies that need fixing. He won't learn anything or change anything.

@NerdyPotato of course hes gonna mess it up as they have no clue about the work thats actually put into helping businesses survive. Employers are just out of touch people who just want profits. They like to pretend that they are on the side of the working class but thats clearly nonsense
@Guitarman123 that's why undercover boss is helpful. Just letting them mess up and not learn anything doesn't help anyone.

@NerdyPotato its not helpful as its scripted in order to make entertaining drama. Im saying just leave private owners in the situation of doing the work that they try to stay away from as much as possible
@Guitarman123 is it really scripted? It still often leads to improvement though.

@NerdyPotato obviously is.
@Guitarman123 they've got some really good actors working in those companies if it is.
