The spirit of Eurovision is dying, did anyone watch it?

I really liked the twins for Sweden

I think that lately interesting subcultures are getting in, which I really like. In my eyes, it's actually improving. I wouldn't ever expect to see Gåte on it, yet here they are. Also Måneskin, Hatari, Lord of the Lost.. I would have never thought that I could actually learn about new interesting bands from Eurovision before.

Eurovision is way too political, it never rrally matters who has the best song

@cloud83 this year especially. I think people are forgetting that as awful as the current war is between Israel and Palestine. Both sides are affected. The individuals, the people of each nation suffer at the hands of extremists and governments...
The song that was reworded was probably a poor choice and she would have been better off not linking the song to anything death or war related. But I can also see from a compassionate perspective the loss of lives on both sides is painful, I think that was perhaps the underlying message.
