Making a Murderer

I finished Making a Murderer yesterday, both seasons, and I'm just… appalled and heartbroken over this story. I just cannot comprehend a world that allowed this to happen. I’m curious if others here have watched it and what your opinions are on it.

What was it about? If you really want to be upset, bread The Good Nurse.

@samueltyler2 I've read it! I couldn't believe the extent of his crimes and how he managed to get away with it for so long. "Making a Murderer" by the way is a true-crime documentary that follows the story of Steven Avery, a man from Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. He was wrongfully convicted of a crime he didn't commit and spent 18 years in prison.

@SwiftieShutterbug without going into too many details, that would ruin my anonymity, i was involved in the actual Cullen case. The book really doesn't do justice to the build up of cases and lack of responsibility to "see something, say something.".

@samueltyler2 Oh really? You were involved in the Cullen case? That's intense. I mean, I can only imagine. True-crime cases often have layers of complexity that are hard to fully grasp from the outside.

@SwiftieShutterbug this one kept me busy for months.
