How freaked out do you become about your favorite book series or TV show coming to an end? [I Love TV Shows]

I'm sad that there will be no more Discworld novels. But I'm not freaked out because I understand that even if pTerry had lived forever the quality of the books could not continue to improve forever. I am glad that I lived at a time when such books were being written, that I experienced the thrill of getting the next one after waiting for what seemed ages and finding that it was even better than the last. No one can keep that up for ever, most of us not at all, we can't expect, certainly not require, the author to do it at six monthly intervals indefinitely.
