My GF got me some Filipino goat stew…so good!

Ngl, I like Jamaican goat stew a bit more, but mostly because they take the bones out before serving 😂

@bookerdana Me too…Italian style lamb shanks are a favorite of mine. My first taste of goat was a Jamaican goat stew…absolutely fantastic. Been a fan ever since 🙂

@bookerdana And also has a slightly sweet flavor too, at least to me when I had goat tacos tho it's not clear if that was something in the tacos or the meat itself.
