'Andor : Series 2'

Just gotta say, as I've been catching up with the final couple of episodes this weekend, that...

Bloody Heck! That was an ending...and a beginning...

The scriptwriters, throughout, have really wrote some very intelligent stuff. Fantastic plot - if 'Series 1' couple be seen as a world, 'Series 2' has been a galaxy - that just feels nurtured and cared for.

The best 'Star Wars' series? I know that some go crazy over '..Bobba Fett', and as good as that is, it's not 'Andor'.

Brilliant!

I really loved Andor. The thing was that I didn't particularly like Rogue One, and I was puzzled that they'd devote a whole series to pretty bland character in a dull movie. But the series was brilliant.

After we finished it, we watched Rogue One, to see if it would be better after seeing the series.

A little bit, maybe. Still pretty dull and flat.

I hope they do a series where Bix and Kleya team up. Now that would be cool.

@DunningKruger I loved 'Rogue..'; felt very European and edgy, compared to the more Hollywood (yes, I know most was filmed in London!) feel of the main movies.

I read an interesting article in which the showrunner was saying it was originally a 5 year/5 series deal, but that halfway through that first series, and they felt over their heads with everything, they realised it couldn't be as some of the actors would be too old for their role!

I think they should leave it be. Spin offs of spin offs? Not a good idea, I think. Would be nice, granted, but they've set a high level here. Why spoil the memory?
