The Emperor is the greatest Sith Lord. He had all the fighting prowess of the ancient Sith, the cunning of Littlefinger of (GOT) such a knowledge of the dark side and practical use for it that even his master Plagus didn't have. He was a violent sociopath and so evil he destroyed families including his own and enslaved people including Vader. He is the perfect antagonist for Star Wars protagonists. He is the Ultimate evil in Star Wars I'm sure he will be back.
