When the show started Homer was a babyboomer... by now he is a millenial...

I remember back in the day, they did a whole backstory for Homer and Marge going to high school in the '70s. Now it's the 90s. I mean, I guess I don't care either way, because it's just an animated show, but it's weird. Like, the whole backstory I know for them is now gone. And honestly, I think that's why Family Guy did it the way they did it. They didn't want to eventually have to come back and retcon anything.
