Which is the best version of THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY?

@YoMomma The movie is pretty far from the original concept -- it was "Hollywoodized". The radio version is the original and the funniest, closely followed by the books. The BBC TV series isn't terrible, but like most BBC stuff of the period it suffered from a very cheap budget.

Ah i see.. I like bbc stuff .. but i imagine filming imaginary concepts can be expensive.. they’d probably need a game of thrones type budget @ChipmunkErnie

@YoMomma They were working with the old-style DOCTOR WHO type budget, I;d guess. That's why the radio version (also BBC I think) is so great -- all the effects are either audio or solely in your mind.
