'Continuum' Canadian Sci Fi Series.
Not really a Sci Fi nut, unlike my wife, but we thoroughly enjoyed the 'Continuum' Series (2012-2015).
Entertaining from the get go - terrorists from the future send themselves back to the past to make fully sure their plans are completed, only to be thwarted by a future defender being also sent back in time. With seemingly no way to get back to their own time.

Very 'Terminator' like but with an emotional heart - that's what gets me.
