Finally saw the blair witch project

Honestly not scary. They just get lost and then at the last minute find this random house and start screaming a lot. How exactly is this supposed to be scary? Ohhh someone piled rocks outside their tent so scary.

When Blair Witch came out, it was the first found footage movie most people ever saw, and there was a huge online campaign to make people think it was real. The studio made websites and documentaries.

Basically, people found it scary because they thought it was real. It's something that could never be recreated today, which makes it a really cool timecapsal.
