Lost 5 lbs this week, even with my current obsession with Chicken Tikka Masala and Vindaloo, and about to go to the gym. When I was far thinner/

younger, I could do up to 1500 crunches a day. I am now doing at least 125 a day, but feel I could do a lot more if not for neck/shoulder/back pain. Still proud of myself for always getting back in the saddle! I am even eating fruit again; please clap! 🤪
