@Heartlander it's streets with people living as they do each day. No need for recovery. It's a natural habitat. Every country has them.

@Evolved Hmmm??? Not quite. What I see in these videos is hopelessness. I've seen street people living in tents and cardboard boxes all over the world and there I agree, It's people making life work for them, and it's not an act of surrender.
