Deep State…yesterday a chemical plant caught on fire. A very bad fire. The plant manufacture Potassium Permanganate, which is used to disinfect our drinking water and also a medical disinfectant, etc. Nothing suspicious about this, huh? It is Carus Chemical in La Salle, Illinois…multiple explosions were heard by witnesses.
It’s not so much who , though there are many possibly; it’s more of a demonstration of how vulnerable these installations: facilities ( infrastructure) are.
