Their business model is flawed. They underestimated the negative effects of binge watching. Very soon people run out of content to watch no matter how large your database is.
Their problem is similar to keyboard/fast -typing issue. The reason we have QWERTY for instance is to slow humans down. Humans were typing way faster that machines could process when the keyboard layout was ABCDEF.
Netflix needs to slow things down. Put a limit on how many seasons per show one can watch in a week, or deliver one episode per week or charge few cents per number of episodes, add commercials etc.
