Sadly the people he will hurt the most are the poorest and many who voted for lower prices or believed that there were more jobs coming. I'm not sure what incentives there are to start manufacturing things that China makes cheaply in the US or how the flow of energy from Canada will be affected, but I can't believe it will be beneficial.
