Movie review: Buddy

Holy shit this movie is insane. The basic premise is there’s thing barney ripoff called buddy who is an orange humanoid unicorn who has these kids in a perpetual kids tv show. It’s just uncomfortable at first but gets mega fucked up. If any of the kids don’t do what he says well bad things happen. Then there’s a woman who eventually discovers her daughter was taken onto the show and erased from existence and tries to rescue her. And patton oswald voices a sentient backpack. It’s just super fucked up and disturbing and it all begins to unravel. I enjoyed it but I like weird horror movies.
