Honestly I don't really get scared movie wise and I tend to watch horror movies because of the plot but I'd have to say in no particular order (from 1980s and later)
1. Pontypool (2008) 2. The entire series of Alien movies INCLUDING Prometheus and Alien Covenant (1986-2017) 3. Midnight Meat Train (2008) 4. Southbound (2015) 5. Candyman (1992) 6. All the Chucky movies including the two tv series out (1988-2023) 7. Battle Royale (2000) 8. Nightbreed (1990) 9. Gingersnaps, all movies (2000 - 2004) 10. They Live (1988)
and I'll cheat, one more:
11. All the Hellraiser movies, too many to date but the first few were late 80s going into early 90s.
