There's this one scene in Halloween Kills that made me mad.
It was that hospital scene where everyone became barbarians because they thought a mentally unstabled man was Micheal Myers. They literally chased after that man, trying to kill him. Not sure if they know how Micheal was described, which should be the main detail from the people who has seen him (not his face) and lived to tell the tale.
Another reason why the scene made me mad, was because if they have heard the survivors' stories, then they should know that Micheal is a man who wouldn't run away. Yet, gossip turns into rumors and others (not the survivors) may have told a lie that they've seen Micheal before, while some believe that he doesn't exist.
That mob should have common knowledge that Micheal is much taller than the guy they were chasing. Yet they killed a man who was suffering from mental health. Even Laurie's daughter and Laurie herself was trying to tell everyone that the mental health escapee patient wasn't Micheal. And Laurie's daughter (I forgot her name. It has been about over two months since I've seen that movie) even tried to protect the man and tried to get him to escape the mob.
