Why do we get scared after watching something paranormal or horror?
We know its all on TV and our house or surroundings aren't like that then why..?

We may be dealing with unresolved issues we wish not to directly deal with through the entertainment we watch knowing deep down that it is safe, and what actually scares us is what we're avoiding day in and day out.
