What would be the worst idea for a musical?

We did try to watch Disney's "Newsies" back in the day that was pretty bad.

@Justmeraeagain If you can find it, with Zero Mostel and a young Gene Wilder, you should definitely check it out. It’s still pretty funny.

@Justmeraeagain That's the play that the "Producers" came up with, hoping to lose money, but it was a hit in the musical "The Producers." You need to see it.

@Justmeraeagain We took our son-in-law to see it. He thought he hated the idea of a musical, but he totally enjoyed The Producers. The movie version is just as good.
