In the books, the leader of the Brotherhood Without Banners is supposed to be a zombie version of Catelyn Stark. There's a theory that there will be a second Red Wedding where a Lannister marries a Frey and the Brotherhood attacks and kills everyone.

Another theory is that Arya kills Jaime, takes his face, uses it to get close to Cersei, then kills her.
