@bijouxbroussard exactly. Gina looking up at the sky, Jewel saying "Shiny", Adam wearing the hat and eating an apple with a knife, Morena basically being Inara's attitude towards Mal, and even more little references....If this is anything other than what I think it is....it's just cruel!
