And The Magic Flute is being introduced, that makes me want to take a quick detour into Ingmar Bergman's production of that sublime opera which he had used in a haunting scene in Hour of the Wolf.
I love how he begins by showing the faces of the audience during the Overture, and a very lovely performance with Papageno, Papagina, and Queen of the Night being a couple stand outs
