NoodleVision Day One
It's midnight, and NoodleVision is born!!
The Housemaid -- after Begotten, which has a very unclear smudgy visual style, the clarity of this will be appreciated 900 percent more.
Brief Encounter -- as shared on Feb. 14, the classiest film of day 1.
Parsifal -- a 4 hour opera film by Hans Jurgen Syberberg, I like this more than the other film of his I have.
Clueless -- I purchased this on YT a few months ago
Guys and Dolls -- want to see Marlon Brando belt out a tune? Well NoodleVision has you covered here.
La Notte -- I think this is my official fave from Antonioni
Children of Divorce -- a Clara Bow silent
L’Age d’or -- Bunuel's shocking first talkie, which is only about 11% talkie
Baal -- Fassbinder in the starring role
Salome -- Werner Schroeter shows us how to put on a play
The Last Days of Pompeii -- back to the silent era (1913)
Braindead -- returning to the horrific beginning, but with a cartoonish flavor.
I believe that I can only put together one month of cinema, 31 days, each day shall be watched THREE times before assembling the next day.
Day 2 —- On the Silver Globe with du Maurier’s Rebecca
