do you still watch old films even if they are 'dated'

i think if a film is dated it gives the film a vintage quality and more appealing, especially to me anyway. i don't like anything new and modern being put out now, i prefer old films right back to the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s..those are my era's for films/entertainment.

Dated is a weird term. Classic is my preferred.

Besides. Arsenic and Old lace, starring Cary Grant, is nearly 80 years old and still as funny now as it was back then.

@Thevy29 I pull that movie out every year as part of my Halloween viewing. It never gets old.
