Why do we need Disney to remake all their classic movies in live action?

Nobody's been asking for them and most of the last ones absolutely bombed anyways.

Thei animated Disney movies have little to no character build up or back story.

I love remakes for adding depth. For example the Beauty and the Beast remake was just 🤌 and gave so much more depth to all my favourite characters.

@Queendragonfly I'm glad you enjoyed it, I haven't seen that one. But I still can't help but feeling let down by the other ones
