I’m already sold on the idea of a billion dollar a year child sex slave industry that our leaders are not only ignoring, but benefiting financially from..
I don’t need to see it

The Sound of Freedom is a very powerful movie. It's a really good movie but it's also tough to watch considering the horrors of child sex trafficking.
ImpeccablyImperfect · 51-55, F
@Barefooter25 horrors for sure. 😢💔
Torsten · 36-40, M
sounds like a rough movie to sit through and watch especially knowing that type of thing really goes on in the world
ImpeccablyImperfect · 51-55, F
@Torsten yes I had to stop watching. It was too much for me to handle

It's a rough movie to watch, but still, it's worth watching.

@Ontheroad yes…I turned it off. It was too much 😢

From USA TODAY: "Unfortunately, what many don't realize is that although 'Sound of Freedom' is advertised as a 'true story,' that story is highly fictionalized, with even Angel Studios, the film's distributor, acknowledging that it took 'creative liberties.'"
In other words, be wary when you watch it.

ImpeccablyImperfect · 51-55, F
@JimboSaturn I only made it about 30 minutes in and had to shut it off. It’s pretty horrific 💔
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M

It's propaganda anyway.
There were reports of grown tough men breaking down and sobbing like little kids in the theaters.
