Did the big bang come from Nothing? Who created the 'Nothing' ?

The law of conservation of energy says that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Only changed from one form to another.

Albert Einstein said that matter and energy are two sides of the same coin. Matter can be turned into energy and energy can be turned into matter.

Time and space didn't exist before the Big Bang, they were both a by product of it's creation.

So.... there has never been nothing, there has always been energy. The energy has always existed and always will exist, no one created it.

This is how it was explained to me in physics class. I'm not saying this is right, I don't think anyone really knows.
