@rinkydinkydoink Nah, I'm much more a cat. Continue to go up scaffolding at the back of the hotel so that the teachers don't see me sneaking wine into the other room. And continue to land on my feet nevertheless too ;)

Too bad the Hays Code was being strictly observed... I'd have liked to have seen all of what those two got up to.

@GeretJan I had it in my hand but then said to myself, better read the original story first. Still haven’t but I don’t read much these days.
@4thdimensiondream I felt when I read it that Harper Lee was keeping a lot about her father back and that's why I like Boo's appearance the more surprising. In the book he's a deeper, more profound symbol of innocence and misunderstood isolation. Scout learns to see the world from his perspective and realizes he is a gentle guardian rather than a monster. Somehow I used this imagine a lot in my own explorations of the wider world. The movie itself focuses far more on the courtroom drama.

@GeretJan since all I have is the movie I will say there’s something about it that is good. I know it taught me about racism and about respect. I also think Peck’s acting might be best ever.
