What's a good horror movie?

Just tired of the old horror movies looking for something new out there to watch. Something with lot of excitement.

Im thinking of watching High Tension again i want to see something with a twist in it they dont make movies like that anymore the only other movies that i felt were like this where i didn't see that coming was Identity & Se7en
